Here at 704 we are the only kennel in the United States and one of less than a handful of kennels worldwide, engaged in reviving the Tobet-type Central Asian Shepherd that hails from Kazakstan where they are known as Tobets. As Tobets are nearly extinct and the majority being in Kazakstan where they are prohibited from being exported by the Kazakh government, 704 is working to do our best to preserve the few lines that exist outside their native country. We believe that breeding is NOT a business, it's a passion! We are dedicated to breeding, not only healthy and happy dogs, but also dogs that reflect the unique personality and character of the CAS.
