For several years, I have been the sole AUTHROIZED and reputable breeder in the U.S. working with these Ukrainian dogs, maintaining the hard work of our Ukrainian sister kennel’s multiple generations of the CAS Tobet type. As this is a rare type and almost extinct in their native country of Kazakhstan, many people who are not knowledgeable do not understand what a Tobet type dog is and therefore spew incorrect information about the people working to preserve them.

Unfortunately, a breeder with a “colorful” reputation in the Southwester region of the US has recently acquired a dog from these Ukranian lines without the original Ukrainian breeder’s approval. That dog is of “pet quality” and NOT show or breeding quality and NOT intended for breeding purposes and was sold to someone in California as such, and passed on to the Southwestern breeder to be bred even MORE times. Sadly there are claims of this poor dog who’s not even 5 year old dog being bred 4-5 times already  and planning a sixth litter while pictures show her poor body is worn out and malnourished. This individual has also stollen and misused photographs and information from both my kennel and my sister kennel in Ukraine, including creating fraudulent screenshots falsely claiming authorization to do so using identity theft. As a result, legal action has now been required. For this reason, I want to be very clear: I am not affiliated with any other American kennels at this time. I have chosen not to cross my lines with others yet, and I will not associate with breeders I do not consider reputable. The CAS Tobet type is rare and valuable, and I take my responsibility to protect it very seriously.

If you are researching breeders independently whether in the Southwest or local to you, please do your homework:

ALWAYS SEARCH THE BREEDER’S FULL NAME AND STATE THEY RESIDE IN WHEN DOING A GOOGLE SEARCH. 

You may be surprised at the allegations, legal issues, petitions against them as a breeder, and records of animal cruelty or fraud that can be found with a simple search. Unfortunately, some breeders present themselves very differently than what their background may reveal.

There is no other place you will find proper conformation, health, and temperament of these lines other than with our sister kennel and mentor in Ukraine. 

Pups come from Sire and Dam that are Ukranian imports. OFA tested. GOOD/Hips, NORMAL/Elbows (both parents), Embark tested and clear of any genetic issues. Please click button down lower on page to view xrays.

Pups come with AKC limited registration, health guarantee, ISO certified microchip and lifelong paid membership to AKC Reunite microchip services, leash, collar, microchip tag, 3 days of food, 2 toys, and a blanket that smells like their siblings, DHPP vaccines and rabies vaccine, several dewormings, and Nexguard flea & tick treatment. The families also have access to Google docs with loads of information for nutrition and care and full access breeder support. Which means, they are now my family and day or night, I’m available to help them and their pups for the rest of their lives. Our puppies are $3500 to approved families. Once approved, I require a $500 non-refundable deposit that is transferable to future litters should an approved family prefer to wait for another litter.
